Joint Northern UK Journal Club

We organise a joint journal club approximately once per month, between the theoretical particle physics groups at the Universities of Liverpool, Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Durham to discuss new results on standard model phenomenology. The groups meet in the respective institutions and connect online with each other to discuss recent papers, primarily from within our collaborations. We encourage people could present their work very much in a “bring your paper” style, i.e. without the need to prepare additional material or slides. If you have any comments on the format or would like to suggest a paper (and ideally a speaker) for a discussion feel free to approach any of the local organisers.
