Some developments on the Weak Gravity Conjecture.
Abstract: The Weak Gravity Conjecture has been proposed a few years ago as part of the Swampland program. It can be formulated as the statement that the gravity has to be the weakest force in an Effective Field Theory. Formalized first for one single abelian gauge field, it has been extended in recent years to more complex situations, with several gauge fields and massless scalars. I will review some of this development, and present a
phenomenological application of them in the case of a tiny mixing. Then, I
will look at possibility of extensions of such a conjecture in the case of
scalar potentials
