Title: New Higgs decays to axion-like particles
Abstract: Light neutral (pseudo-)scalar particles are ubiquitous in models of new physics. In this talk, we will explore the possibility that a scalar particle couples to the Higgs boson and second-generation fermions, inducing new rare decays of the Higgs boson to 4 muons, 2 photon + 2 muons, 6 muons and 4 muons + 2 jets. We investigate to what level current LHC searches are sensitive to these new decays and propose new searches where current LHC analyses fail to produce strong constraints of the new interactions.
