Description
I plan to discuss progress in understanding di-Higgs production at the LHC, focusing on the associated theoretical uncertainties. We will explore different kinematic regimes relevant to this process. Understanding the logarithmic behaviour in both the heavy top mass and high energy limits helps us systematically reduce theoretical uncertainties. In the heavy top limit, we will briefly review the threshold resummation formalism and its impact on scale uncertainties. While in the high energy regime, understanding the quark mass effects reveals a predictable, factorised pattern for logarithmic behaviour for leading power, for which we will discuss our progress at NNLO.
