Non-abelian embeddings of the Standard Model

In this talk, we shall explore the quotients of the Standard Model gauge group and how they can be mapped to larger non-abelian groups, using group-theoretical tools,  leading us to our three favourite Grand Unified theories and the new SU2Y model we propose, in our path to understanding charge quantisation.
