DESCRIPTION:As the collider-physics community continues to push the bounda
ries of research at facilities such as the LHC\, EIC\, FCC\, and beyond\,
it increasingly relies on an expanding suite of community-driven tools\, l
ibraries\, data formats\, and technical frameworks to efficiently simulate
\, process\, and distribute events at an unprecedented scale. However\, un
like the well-coordinated physics modelling efforts for event generators\,
there remains limited formal collaboration and strategic alignment across
the broader tool-development ecosystem. This workshop seeks to build on p
rior efforts to establish a more cohesive and coordinated strategy for sup
porting tools in particle physics\, with a particular focus on community-d
riven development\, scalability\, and sustainability. It will bring togeth
er tool developers\, research software engineers\, and experts to share kn
owledge\, brainstorm solutions to common challenges\, and explore collabor
ative opportunities. The goal is to ensure the long-term viability and eff
iciency of the tools that underpin modern collider physics\, foster collab
oration across communities\, and address the growing demands of next-gener
ation experiments. We welcome participants with a broad range of expertise
\, from the technical to the strategic\, to contribute to shaping the futu
 re of these essential resources.\n\nhttps://conference.ippp.dur.ac.uk/even
