 IPPP\, Durham University)\n\nThe Institute for Particle Physics Phenomenol
 ogy (IPPP) at Durham University is hosting the International Particle Phy
 sics Masterclass on the 25th of March 2026. This is a one-day event where 
 students from regional schools will visit the IPPP to participate in a dat
 a analysis activity. The students will use real data from the Minerva expe
 riment at Fermilab.\nIn the morning session\, there will be short lectures
  about particle physics\, the experiment methodology and how new particles
  are discovered. Afterwards\, a buffet lunch will be provided\, followed b
 y a hands-on data analysis activity. The day will conclude with a live vid
 eo conference with other Masterclasses at other research centres around th
 e world\, and with Fermilab!\nThis activity lies within the International
  Hands-On Particle Physics Masterclass\, and is coordinated by the Interna
 tional Particle Physics Outreach Group (IPPOG). About 13.000 high school s
 tudents in 55 countries come to one of about 225 nearby universities wo
 rldwide to participate in the event.\nThis event has no registration fee. 
 The deadline for registration is 11:59 pm on 1 March 2026. \nOnly teacher
 s or school authorities can register on behalf of their students by submi
 tting the registration form. Please provide us with the names of all stude
 nts and teachers in the registration form. The corresponding schools are r
 esponsible for the transportation of their students to the event venue. Un
 fortunately\, there are no funds available to cover transportation costs.
  \nThe attendees will be served food and beverages during the break peri
 ods. Please let us know if any of the attendees have special needs\, food 
 allergies or dietary requirements in the registration form.\nThe lectures 
 and talks will be held in the Appleby Lecture Theatre on the campus of Dur
