DESCRIPTION:Welcome to YTF 2026! \nYTF exists to bring together postgradu
 ate students working in theoretical physics/applied maths and encourage th
 em to share their research. YTF 26 is a great opportunity for presenting y
 our work\, while also engaging and collaborating with students from differ
 ent universities. YTF 26 will feature:\n\n20 minute talks\, with 5 minutes
  of questions \nGong Show Talks (shorter 5 minute talks\, plus some quest
 ions)\nEvening poster session  \n\nThere will also be a talk from a plen
 ary speaker\, this year it will be TBA\nYTF 26 will be held at Durham Univ
 ersity over two days: Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th December 2026\, reg
 istration is on a first-come first-served basis.\nWe want to make sure YTF
  is as inclusive as possible. All attendees must abide by the code of cond
 uct and any breaches or concerns can be reported to the EDI officer who wi
 ll be present during the conference. A quiet room will be provided at the 
 venue. All presenters are encouraged to consider using colour-blind friend
 ly styles for their materials.\nIf you have any childcare needs during YTF
