Description
The possibility of a non trivial scale invariant sector, weakly coupled to the Standard Model, was advocated by Georgi in hep-ph/0703260 and arXiv:0704.2457. A scale invariant theory does not contain degrees of freedom with isolated masses, unlike field theories used in phenomenological particle physics. In my talk I will introduce the subject and present research on implication of "unparticles" on CP phenomena in flavour physics which is rather exotic.
