The purpose of the talk is to give the audience some insights into management consulting and digitalization from the point of view of a mathematician. We therefore discuss models describing the anatomy of companies and business units to have a methodology at hand by which non-economics natives can soon get a grip on strategy and operations of business endeavors. Finally, we give pieces of advice for young professionals.
