STFC and self-funded students can claim the cost of travel and any additional meals required that are not already provided by the school. Students will be required to keep all receipts for purchases that they wish to claim back from STFC and these receipts must be dated and itemised. The forms required are attached to this email along with details of UKRI T&S Policy. Please find the claim forms attached in the main indico page.
For those that are funded else, you need to claim the cost through your home institute.
For the other expenses not related to the travels or meals, please get in touch with the school director Yanyan Gao. They should not be included in your claims to the STFC.
