Attendance at the school will be limited to a maximum of 60 participants. We are looking for excellent PhD students and young postdocs whose research and training will clearly benefit from attending the school. We will inform you whether you have been accepted for the meeting within 14 days of the closing date. Participants from some counties may require a visa to enter Japan. To check whether you need a visa, please refer to the Guide to Japanese Visas web page of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan. There are two ways to apply for a Japanese visa: By using the on-line visa consulting service Japan VisaHQ. They provide a visa application representative service for a fee of approximately $100.
