Description
Predictions of meson mixing observables and the lifetime ratios of heavy mesons provide an excellent way to test our theoretical tools against experiment.
One of the main numerical inputs to these calculations are non-perturbative parameters - I will speak about the latest determinations of these inputs, and how they affect our understanding of the theory calculation, as well as briefly about how these observables constrain new physics that could explain some of the recent flavour anomalies.
