Description
The hundreds of physics analyses are being performed in the CMS experiment at CERN that requires proton-proton collision data and the Monte Carlo samples for the thousands of signal and background processes. This talk is focussed to explain how the CMS experiment is ensuring the production of high-quality data and Monte Carlo samples. The summary of data collection, data quality monitoring, data certification, Monte Carlo production, CMS software development, and the use of computing resources will be covered.
