How to get to Durham
The Institute is located in the Ogden Centre for Fundamental Physics, adjacent to the main Physics Department building on the University Science Site. If you are arriving by train it is a 20 minute walk from the railway station to the Department, or you can take a taxi. The Ogden Centre is number 12 on the University map below.
By plane:
The closest airport is Newcastle (NCL). From the airport you can either take a taxi or take the metro to Nescastle Central Station (30 minutes) and then a local train to Durham (15 minutes)
